Responsibilities/岗位职责:1.BeinchargeofbusinessdevelopmentofKlueberinhis/herresponsiblearea/industryandreachsalesandGPtarget.负责开展本人所负责行业或区域的业务,完成销售指标及毛利率。2.Pursueandachievethegoalsandtargetsforthecompanyandhimself/herselfandinspecificforbothofsalesandno-salesgoalswithintheOperationalPlanning(OP),ManagementbyObjects(MBO)andanyreassessment.致力于达成由业务计划(OP)、目标管理(MBO)或其它评估体系所确定的各类具体的销售和非销售指标。3.Establishandmaintainagoodlongtermpartnerrelationshipwiththepotential/existingcustomers.与潜在、现有客户建立和保持一个良好的长期合作伙伴关系。4.Provideprofessionaltechnicalsupportsforcustomersincludingproductsintroductionandnewproductspromotion,technicalseminar,issuessolving,quickresponsetocomplaintsandqualityproblems.为客户提供专业技术支持,包括产品的引进和新产品推广,技术研讨会,解决问题、对投诉和质量问题迅速作出反应。5.Beincooperationwithinternalsalesteamandfinancedepartmenttokeeppaymentofcontractarereturnedinaccordancewithrequiredconditions.与销售内部团队和财务部共同合作,确保合同金额能够在规定的时间内支付。6.Timelyandactivelygivefeedbacktocertainprojectsandshareexperienceamongcolleagues.及时、积极地就某些项目提供反馈意见,同事之间互相交流经验。7.Collectinformationofmarketandcompetitorsandfeedbacktocompanytimely.收集市场和竞争对手的信息,并及时反馈给公司。8.Submitjobrelatedreportssuchasweeklyreport,weeklyplan,forecast,visitreport,marketresearch,salesreviewandsoonregularlyandtimely.定期提交各类工作报告,如:每周工作报告,每周工作计划,预测报告,客户拜访报告、市场调研报告、销售回顾报告等。9.ParticipateintheFreudenberg“WeAllTakeCare”programbycreatingandsupportingasafeworkingenvironment,minimizingimpactsontheenvironmentandn
