岗位职责

奢侈品品牌直营店诚聘：销售顾问及高级销售顾问（Sales&SeniorSales）主要职责MajorResponsibilities:- 提供优质客服，营造与品牌形象相一致的店铺环境Providesexcellentcustomerserviceandmaintainsapleasantshoppingenvironmentconsistentwithourbrandimage- 与顾客良好互动，提供专业服务及个性化风格建议,确保客户及时了解新产品和服务动态,建立并维护忠诚持久的客户关系Providehighlyprofessionalandpersonalizedstyleadviseandsalesservicetocustomer,keepcustomersinformedonnewproductsorservices,changes,etc.buildaloyalclienteleandmaintaininteractiverelationshipwithcustomers- 与团队协作达成销售目标;注重搭配销售，根据公司阶段性计划促进各产品线的销售和均衡增长- Workwiththeteamtoachievesalestarget;contributetothehealthygrowthofthebusinessbycross-sellingandpromotingthespecificcategorieswiththecompany’speriodstrategicdirection- 店铺日常运作：如完成销售记录和销售报告、库存管理、视觉陈列、售后服务等Responsibleforthedailystoreoperations：keepsrecordsandreportsonsalesactivities,stockmanagement,visualmerchandising,aftersalesserviceetc.- 向上级汇报店铺运营情况Communicatesfeedbackgatheredthroughin-storeactivitiestostoremanagement- 完成上级指派的其他任务Otherdutiesasassigned-录用条件CoreCompetencies:- 具备高中/中专以上学历；HighSchooleducationbackgroundabove- 具有3年以上相关行业销售经验，如珠宝、时尚、家居、建材类、奢侈品行业等；Above3yearsrelatedworkingexperiencespreferred- 热爱奢侈品行业并愿意发展自己职业生涯；Passionateinluxuryindustryandwishtodeveloppersonalcareerpath- 具有高度的工作热情，积极进取的工作太态度，优秀的客户服务意识；Withstrongsenseofresponsibility&self-motivated,activesalesacquisition&customerservice- 具备英语能力者优先考虑。AbletocommunicateinEnglish薪资5K~
