• Agree(withtheNationalSalesManager)retailsalesplanandrankingobjectivesbydoor.AchieveFiscalandCalendaryearplan.• Managethenet/retailrelationship(andthusstockintrade)bydoor.Ensurethattheinventorymixatthepointofsaleappropriatelyreflectstheretailtrend.• Ensure100%executionoftheMarketingProgramasdirectedbytheMarketingGroup.Ensurethatalltoolsprovidede.g.samples,areusedasdirected.• EnsurethatallcountersfollowthemerchandisingguidelinesandhygienestandardsasdirectedbytheMerchandisingGroup.• Liaisewithalllevelsofstoremanagement(specificallyFloorManager,DepartmentBuyerandMerchandisingManager).Negotiatewithstorepersonneltosecurepromotionalsites,staffingcontribution,co-opadvertisingetc.• ManageConsultantstaffinglevelsandoverseerosterarrangementstoensureappropriatecoverageatthecounterduringkeysellingperiods.• SubmitamonthlyJourneyPlantotheNationalSalesManagerandNationalEducationManageratthebeginningofeverymonth.TheJourneyPlanshouldappropriatelyreflectSalesandEducationpriorities(andadisproportionateamountoftimeinDoors).• ActivelyparticipateintheMonthlySalesandMarketingmeetings(MSE).Prepareanupdateforreviewanddiscussion–achievementofsalestargets,keybusinessissues,opportunities,Educationconcernsetc.• Monitoronamonthlybasisrankingbydoor.Initiatediscussions,ideasetc.withthemanagementteamtofurtherdriverankingsineachdoor.BeresponsibleforhighlightingconcernsandactionplansattheMSEmeetings.• Collectcompetitivesalesandmarketinginformationonaregularbasis–forreviewanddiscussionattheMSEmeeting.• Collatemonthly(ormorefrequent)salesfiguresandforwardtoHeadOfficeforreporting.语言要求：不限
