岗位职责

专卖店销售顾问及高级销售顾问（Sales&SeniorSales）主要职责MajorResponsibilities:-提供优质客服，营造与品牌形象相一致的店铺环境Providesexcellentcustomerserviceandmaintainsapleasantshoppingenvironmentconsistentwithourbrandimage-与顾客良好互动，提供专业服务及个性化风格建议,确保客户及时了解新产品和服务动态,建立并维护忠诚持久的客户关系Providehighlyprofessionalandpersonalizedstyleadviseandsalesservicetocustomer,keepcustomersinformedonnewproductsorservices,changes,etc.buildaloyalclienteleandmaintaininteractiverelationshipwithcustomers-与团队协作达成销售目标;注重搭配销售，根据公司阶段性计划促进各产品线的销售和均衡增长-Workwiththeteamtoachievesalestarget;contributetothehealthygrowthofthebusinessbycross-sellingandpromotingthespecificcategorieswiththecompany’speriodstrategicdirection-店铺日常运作：如完成销售记录和销售报告、库存管理、视觉陈列、售后服务等Responsibleforthedailystoreoperations：keepsrecordsandreportsonsalesactivities,stockmanagement,visualmerchandising,aftersalesserviceetc.-向上级汇报店铺运营情况Communicatesfeedbackgatheredthroughin-storeactivitiestostoremanagement-完成上级指派的其他任务Otherdutiesasassigned-录用条件CoreCompetencies:-具备高中/中专以上学历HighSchooleducationbackgroundabove-具有3年以上相关行业销售经验；如珠宝、时尚、家居、建材类、奢侈品行业；Above3yearsrelatedworkingexperiencespreferred-热爱奢侈品行业并愿意发展自己职业生涯Passionateinluxuryindustryandwishtodeveloppersonalcareerpath-具有高度的工作热情，积极进取的工作太态度，优秀的客户服务意识Withstrongsenseofresponsibility&self-motivated,activesalesacquisition&customerservice-具备英语能力者优先考虑AbletocommunicateinEnglish薪资5K~12K，一年十三薪，五险一金按照国家标
